I placed an order on 5 April 2020,that has been canceled from your restaurant. The reason of canceling the order was non delivery zone.
However, the order was paid and the paid amount was RS. 1003. I contacted with your customer service end number of times. Everything that those people told me was wrong. There is no coordination among those people.
Everyone is giving me different information. I’ve never seen a worse experience like this ever. I will never going to order or suggest Biryani by kilo to anyone.
I have also confirmed with my bank, there is no system error by their side. Now, whatever the matter is I requested you to resolve this as soon as possible.
