I DID A FD OF RUPEES 50 THOUSAND FOR ONECARD. NO CARD PROVIDED AS PROMISED, NO REFUND YET.AFTER SO MANY MAIL, THEY ARE NOT SOLVING IT.

I have done a FD of Fifty Thousand Rupee to get my OneCard on 14th September. But after that, No Updates are there. When i am login, the same screen appears, CONFIRMATION PENDING.

AGAIN I WROTE TO THEM

“Dear Ashish [CX Specialist]
Team OneCard,

I did not get the refund yet.
Please provide me with the contact details of your NODAL Officer.
or The Transaction ID of the payment so I can confirm the same.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.”

BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY SOLID ANSWER.
