Sir ,I am writing this complaint for the Company name called Lear and Earn -asked to registered through the link https://learnnearn.info/client -Registration she given the customer care no. 76005 97519 for help.She send too many website link and you tube link. https://www.instagram.com/learnnearn.info/

*You have done the registration in the* *Learn N Earn* *Institute for the skill programming and This institue has provided some other Earning option also but you have not earn the money and you have not paid the fees after signing the legal documents as a legal Authorization Letter from your side so you have to pay the fees of the skill programming of ₹5999+18% Gst by today itself before 2:00 pm and if you don’t pay the fees then you may receive a legal notice in future to your residential address for the breach of authorization letter, due to which you may have to clear the whole legal process from Surat, Gujarat.*

*As per the discussion with our Company executive, you’re supposed to pay the fees of ₹5999+18% GST. In case of failure in making the payment our Learn N Earn can proceed legally for* *Breach of Authorization*. *What if we proceed legally?* *Jurisdiction under Authorization is Surat, Gujarat.*
*So, you will have to come to Surat if this will go legally. Then your legal expenses will be a follow:-*
*Conveyance fees:- 11000/-*
*Legal advisor fees:- 20000/-*
*Our fees:- 7079*
*Surat stay:- 6000/-*
*Total:- 44,079/-*
*This all can be resolved right now by paying our fees of ₹5999+18%.*
*So contact to our executive and clear the fees before 2:00 pm*
This is the case id which has been registered against you in the consumer court under IPC section 191,193,195 and 199 for the breach of legal affidavit case
If you need more time then before 2 pm you have to pay half amount of ₹4000 to hold the legal notice and for extra time for remaining amount
Sir i have not started any work after registeration with no idea.They are harassing to pay the amount. Please help us from this fraud group and give us a solution.Kindly do the needful .
