Hii…. My self Gaurav and I’m Vodafone user yesterday I recharge of ₹16 1gb data for 24hours but I can’t use my data after calling customer care they message me that you’re not having sufficient balance but if I don’t have sufficient balance then why you accept my ₹16 for data.

Kindly inform me naa before recharging.
