I am ordered 2 American tourister backpack 22 liters from amazon on 11/12/2020 by pay on delivery. 15/12/2020 it’s delivered and i am was requested to return and it’s successfully done by Amazon but the amount of the product 798/- rs were not returned till date. I am trying to contact coustomer support and everytime they said your transaction not accepted by you bank and today on 09/07/2021 they said the amount was credited to your account on 31/12/2020. I mean how? I’ve all the transaction history there is no refund even generated they lied to me.
