Text of Complaint by Yog Chikram:

4 months ago, vi customer service called me to change my phone to prepaid to postpaid due to network shut down. They said that I after 90 days of usage of postpaid we can then able to use the number as postpaid, but after the 4 months when I want to change my postpaid to prepaid to other service provider, the upc didn’t generate. Please resolve this issue 🙏
