  1. Cannot use internet
  2. Most of the time speed is 0.0kb/s
  3. No customer satisfaction
  4. Poor job performance
  5. Everyone faces the same problem in our area
  6. We cannot help to educate our children because of poor internet
  7. Online meetings cannot be attended
