My existing account email ID in Flipkart is now disabled & now I want to change it to a working mail ID. For that, according to the FK customer care, I had to send mail to the cs@ncb.flipkart.com with sufficient photo ID proof & account details. But everytime the mail to the cs@ncb.flipkart.com is bouncing back as the ID itself is showing as access denied.
Kindly help regarding this.
