Someone ordered redmi note 9 mobile phone by mistake from my account on 28th July 2021. It was a prepaid order as i have my bank account linked with it. So now i want to cancel the order placed mistakenly but your app does not allow cancellation of the order. Please help me cancelling the order as i am a middle class with no job and only have that money in my account which was prepaid in that order.
Please help me cancelling it and please help me refund my money.
