I ordered a 2 door wardrobe on 17th of November
The Product was delivered on 19th November
The same day in the evening a guy came to assemble it in the evening. Opened the boxes and after opening the box scattered everything in the room… And lately found that a few things were missing in the box…
He said I’ll bring these things next day morning and left the house… Just keeping all things pushed in a side and exposed the mirror on top
For 5 long days he did not turnup. Just left the box open and we have small children at home… Which literally made us worried looking at the mirror glass being exposed.
For this reason I had to cancel the order
They have not paid the refund till now for 1.5 months
I call the Customer Service. They are not aware a bit and say will be resolved in 2 to 3 working days…
I have 2 mails confirming the same
Their Customer is so Poor… They always say their hands are tied and always give this answer “Will be resolved in 2 to 3 working days
Again I call them they give the same answer… In fact their Leadership team is so Poor… One lady came and said when mentioned about the mail confirmation that was given to me that they are going to resolve in 2 to 3 working days… Please know what she said ” Sir we told in mail we will resolve the issue in 2 to 3 days not refund” Such worst and hopeless quality is their service
The simple fact about the customer service is they just cut the call… If they are not able to answer.
We have to explain in Chat from the Biggining as to what happened… Every minute a new person will attend… So we have to explain it again…
- My refund is not yet done till date… Hopelessly worried
