I buy 55 Inch 4k TV from flip kart, and for feature issues i buy 3 year complete protection plan of Jeeves from flip kart,
at once i saw some dark spots on screen , so i contact Jeeves costumer care on 2nd June 2023, from that date since 25 June i don’t get any support from Jeeves . when i talk about legal complaint, then Jeeves technician came and take TV for repairing, today on 5th July 2023 they are come to install repaired TV, i observed that, my issue is solved, but other scratches in screen reflectors are appears and big white shadows are seen , so i denied to accept this unprofessionally repaired TV. I Cant believe any more on Jeeves Service. they committed to resolve issues in 21 days, but its over a month i cant get solution of my problem . i have 10 recorded conversation with Jeeves Costumer Care Executive, all time they said wait for 72 hours for response. now i want full refund of my product and complete protection plan.
