Hi Sir,
I am sending this complaint regarding an issue faced by me and also regarding the bad service I got from flipkart end, I have raised this complaint om 18th July and still there is no proper response from flipkart end, I have contacted them multiple times every time they are prompting to expand the 24hrs and I am fedup of this.
The issue was simple, when I booked a Nothing Phone 1 from flipkart the HDFC offer of 2000 discount was not applied for me, but my friend brought the same phone and he was provided with the offer, I have screenshot of the offer and my checkout and my friends checkout details. Please do help me on this.
