I bought two boat products from myshopify.com, My order no is #1046 dated 19th September but still I am not received or I could not track, my payment already paid, I cant check where is my product and who is the seller, this advertised running on facebook. no one is responding given email ID, info.myura1220@gmail.com

I have ordered airpods and neckband on 22 September I still haven’t received it. After ordering I got a message from payu that your transaction is complete but haven’t received my product yet and I visited the site the site is unavailable. This is fake. Give my money back or give my product
