Hello,
I order sandwich maker worth Rs 3499 while its MRP was Rs 1675 on the product. I asked them about issue they kept me waiting for very long . After they admitted there mistake . They aren’t picking up my order back. It’s almost been a month. They have been giving excuses about there service aren’t working but recently a friend of mine place order from them they accepted his order. I don’t understand why did they lie to me when they are delivering products to my place . Why aren’t they taking it back and refunding my money. I tried to email them but they again gave same excuse that we can’t pick your order at this moment . If they can’t pick now then when ?? When the lockdown again starts and situations get worse??.
I want your help and intervention to get my money back. The product they sent me was scam with less MRP and over that it was broken into pieces. I will attach the photograph and invoice proof.
