I ordered jbl tune 760nc ANC headphones from jiomart. But on receiving the product i found that the ANC was not upto the mark so i wanted to return the product. But the refund amount is being credited in jiomart wallet ( as i paid through COD through QR code). The refund amount in jiomart wallet can only be utilized in case i order anything from jiomart which i do not intend to do. In this case the 4999 becomes valueless as it can not be utilized anywhere else. I called multiple times to customer care but their responded very rudely, they cut the call many times. I just need my money to be refunded where i can use that hard earned money.
