I bought mobile moto g54 from Flipkart on last week of jan. On march 16th screen is damaged so i raised complaint 17th after tat i paid 1000 on march 18th then they pick executive on 20th but that time i am not in home so i asked them to reinitiate the process but still they dint reinitiate the process every time i call them they said wait for 2 days but nothing happened after 2 days so take necessary action.
