I bought a royal Enfield regal bike on March 15., The sales agent has said that there are some compliment equipment can be done to this bike like pumber, headlight grill set, tank cover etc.,  Till now the service dealer or agents are not attending my call or not giving proper response from their side . I have all the proof in written what they told. The royal Enfield branch is located in Tamil Nadu State , Coimbatore city , Ganapathy branch. Even manager is also not giving proper response.

    Good day!

    Please note that I, Mr Soumya Bose, had made a booking of Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Stellar – Black against the Booking ID No.BKG000075CD00410. I have booked the bike on 25th November 2020 though Austin Dealers, Kolkata and till date I have not received the same.

    I am regularly coordinating with the Austin Dealers, Kolkata but everytime they are ignoring without giving any tentative time. They had made a big mistake from their end, which they are avoiding, that my booking was done on 25th November 2020 which they lethargically or intentionally registered with your official system on 16th January 2021. AND I had to face complete harassment.

    I have also coordinated with M. Supatim, SRM of Royal Enfield. He is also assuming that I can receive the bike in the month of March 2021 which was then extended to April 2021and now it’s May 2021 and he has also stopped responding my calls.

    I have deposited an advance of Rs.60000/- to Austin Dealer, Kolkata and still I am being harassed for the same.

    It is really very surprising that you sustained such dealers where your customers are being harassed.

    I request you to kindly intervene in the same and kindly provide me a solution at the earliest. The receipt copies are attached herewith for your perusal.
