I bought a jogger worth 399 from roxa clothing (also know as wakko fashion and dopcart.com) and paid online on 13th May’21 . Will ordered the product it was mentioned that order will be delivered with in 48 hours but i didnt received any email just got message for confirmation that through paytm amount has been payed . after that i tried to contact organization for my order status but No response from the site and no way to contact them . Contact number shared on website are not working and even though mail id shared for support is not working. Mail got bounced back as mail id was not working . just paytm amount can be transferred to them however i tried to contact paytm but they and told that this user is fraud and giving false commitment but they are also helpless. My Order no #8206 is still pending and i didnt received any product . Its a Fraud company dopcart.com roxa fashion or wakko.in domain . they have their Instagram page as well where they update advertisement and update post but they dont respond . Kindly request you to take strick and immediate action on them to stop this scam ASAP. they have taken mony from lost other people and website it still running but not providing product to any one .
