i booked bus ticket from gwalior to delhi on 14-08-2019. But bus got cancelled for some reason. They did not even called us to inform that. When i called for status of the bus they said the bus is cancelled and money will be refunded. But its been 2 weeks and i did not receive any refund and i tried to call the travel operator he is not picking up calls. And paytm is also not showing any willingness to help me.
