Sir, I booked a mobile on 07.06.2020 through www.ezeephones.com by net banking prepaid payment of Rs.4499.28/-, my order number is 2901107771, mobile model is Krypton K5 Notch Smart Phone 8GB RAM 128GB ROM.
On 10.06.2020 i received a courier at home through Bluedart courier services (Invoice Date: 08.06.2020 and AWB Number : 69566606631) it is found that name on the mobile is appletree and the ROM and RAM is specified not same as shown in as above.
I am surprised and shocked with your services. Please take back the mobile and refund my money as early as possible.
