Text of Complaint by Naresh:

I booked a property on agoda (Deesha Homes) on May 15th for my stay planned on May 20th and I made the payment prepaid. The property owner has cancelled my booking informing the Agoda team as there was a Maintenance.The Agoda team neither cancel my booking nor informed me about the property was being Cancelled by the property owner informing them. I travelled almost 650 kilometers to the property and my colleagues travelled from different cities of India and found the property was canceled by the property owner and it was not informed by the Agoda team.No information was given to me by the Agoda team until the late evening of my check in date. At late evening I received an email from agoda that my booking was canceled by me. But I did not cancel the booking either. The lack of communication by agoda team had put me in a horrible situation where I was forced come back to my place dropping all the plans which brought my reputation down in front of my colleagues.Please take this complaint and I request you to provide a compensation for me.
