I booked a hotel room of amount 5397.05 on 5th of july 2021 from agoda website and during payment the money is deducted from my bank account and I did not get any confirmation of my booking and on calling the website they say there is no such booking made and I did not get my money back which was deducted by Retail Domestic PT as shown in my message box and account statement. Kindly plz look after the matter and return my amount as soon as possible . Thanks
