I booked 3 rooms on 31 Dec2022 when I reached the hotel they directly said your booking is cancelled you got refund in 5-7 days, Today is 14 Jan 2023 and I am still waiting for my refund. Booking ID TJEH0M
I emailed him so many times but nothing happens.
