My name is Manuela Tavares,
I have been very patient with the Vodafone until now.
I have two contract with Vodafone one is iPhone X 07437711374 and Google Pixel 07795362131.
When i done the contract on the phone Google Pixel i ask Vodafone to cancel the contract of the iPhone 7 number is 07778257331, they told me they can’t cancel until the handset it return to the warehouse by DPD.
I never received or sign for the iPhone X.
Since February 2019 i’m paying £58 until now for the phone i don’t have it and if i don’t pay they cut off my both phone line until i pay the number I’m not used 0778247331.
Vodafone told me that the DPD cannot find the phone to be return to the warehouse in another words the phone its lost. Vodafone told me they going to investigate.
Over 6 month I’m contact the Vodafone about this problem, every time they tell me we going to sort it out and they will refund all my money back. Every time i call Vodafone they tell me they will call me back to let me now what’s going one but they never call , i’m the one who always call them.
I’m i single mum of 3 children, all the bills its on my shoulder and its not fair i paying all this month for something it’s not in my possession, every month being short of money it’s not cool.
I am very very disappoint with Vodafone. I will sue the company.
I hope after this complain my problem will be sort it and that i will have my money refund it to my bank account. I can’t take anymore it’s to stress losing money like that.
