I applied for a Loan of 30000 from th ine App Kredit24. Name of the complainant: Subramanian Munuswamy Devendra Date of Complaint:25/02/2026. Name of the Companies Complaint against: Kreditto24. Category of Complaint: Cyber Crime. I applied for a Loan of Rs.7000/-only.But compulsory they grant Loan Rs.30000/-by Kredit24 App.I have only received 24000 in my account .Total Loan Repayment Amount Rs.30000/-charged by Kredit.24 App.Loan repayable time limit 3 days only grant by Kredit24 app.If not repay amount Rs.30000/- within 3 days.Directly overdue charges charged Rs.16000/-By Kredit24 App for 21 days .Total repayment amount Rs.40000/-Charged by Kredit24 App.I failed repay amount within due date then demand extension fees Rs.15000/- for 14 days by Kredit24 app.I repaid extension fees Rs 15000/-.Again Rs.32000/- charged by Kredit24 App.Then I failed due date for 14 days.Again demand extension.15000/-from me by Kredit24 app.I can’t extension fees Rs.15000/ or full amount Rs.36500/- Loan not yet repay.Again daily penalty charging Rs.1100/-By Kredit24 app.Total penalty Charging Rs.5500/- for 5 days charged by Kredit24 app.Now my total Repayment amount Rs.39510/-.Daily and frequently call as well as message to me.Daily penalty charging Rs.1100/-on disbursed loan amount Rs.24000.I have only repaid extension fees Rs.15000/-only.Not yet repay Rs.39510/-.(Toal Amount Rs.54510-Repaid amount Rs 15000=Remaining amount.39510).Total overdue charges charged by Kredit24 Rs.30510/- on disbursed amount.Rs.24000/-.I only received Rs.24000/- only. Is Kredit24 app is registered by RBI or not.I request you to please strictly action against on Kredit24 App.
