I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a deposit that was debited from my account but has not been credited to my Instamatch365 wallet.

Deposit Details:

– Amount: ₹18,998
– Date & Time: 08 February 2026, 06:14 PM
– Paid To: Zenithweb Technologies Private Limited

The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, but it is neither reflected in my app wallet nor refunded back to my account. I also tried contacting live support on your app, but I have not received any response for the past 100+ hours.

This is a significant amount for me, so I kindly request you to check this issue on priority and either credit the amount to my wallet or process a refund as soon as possible.

I have attached the payment proof for your reference.
