I have followed up with the company’s customer care team multiple times and written mails. Each time, I have been asked to wait for 24 hours for calls and to mails no single reply till date, but no resolution has been provided and no refund has been initiated.
This repeated delay is causing mental harassment and financial inconvenience. I kindly request the intervention of the Hon’ble National Consumer Helpline to take immediate action and help facilitate the refund.
