I have been trying to send a single message, but the message goes unsend. I have got a main balance of around 7 Rs which is more than sufficient for a message. But on asking customer care, they either want me to recharge for 45 Rs or a 198 Rs pack to get the messaging and calling services. If we need one month pack for calling and messaging services then what is the purpose of Main balance?
