Text of Complaint by Ankit:

I have registered a request to deactivate my broadband connection since I am shifting back to my hometown. I have receives many calls from customer care support team. They are pressuring me into keeping the connection. They have raised a new bill for the next quarter and are not accepting my cancellation request.
