I am working as a seller since 8 months .( Order ID : OD123227969870001000) I got an order for NIKON D3500 DSLR Camera AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR on 03-Nov-2021. I have packed with the Nikon D3500 Camera and dispatched on 4th Nov ( I have a video proof of this ) . Product is not reached to the customer i got a courier return on 15-Nov-2021 when i see the product i got return as sofa covers . The courier guy who brought return, he said u got a wrong product in return . this kind of fraud happening in ekart hub they are mismatching and pasting wrong label on the product. I have placed a SPF CLAIM in a portal ( SPF claim [Incident: IN2111151258181168159]) . flipkart rejected its saying no issues were found. They were is my product I have a video proof of packing and return video proof as well. flip kart is a big fraud they are looting us. I need a justice for this.
