Text of Complaint by Jayesh Banker:

I have been experiencing this since long that whenever I call to their customer care center they just put my call on hold and after sometime (may be 8 to 10 min ) they end the call.

This time I am facing slow internet speed. I am getting 2g network since long but I thought their would be a temporary issue. But when it didn’t resolve I call to their customer care department.

Today again they put my call on hold and then dropped it.

Before 3 to 4 months I wanted to leave vodafone but they didn’t generated UPC code even I paid all my outstanding.

I approached vodafone store as well regarding portability but even they put me on waiting saying that everything is correct but we don’t know why your UPC is not generated. We have sent your query to higher authority they will get back to you. But no response.

I just want to leave vodafone. Please help me.
