On 17th June, 2021 around 1:30 pm got anonyms call from Anika (+91 9311780759) from Royals Club International for free dinner and 45 minutes presentation regarding its promotion campaign held at Hotel Vennington Court, Jail road, Sai Vihar colony, Raipur, Chhattisgarh offering 3 night and 4 days free travel voucher, its accommodation valid for one year. When I reached at Hotel Vennington Park in the evening of 17th June, 2021, I and my husband met consultant person Krishna Das and Venue manager of the company Mr. Raman Thakur (+91 8076334724) who started sharing all the fake services provided by royal’s club international. All fake commitment was described on blank paper verbally and by showing few videos of 5 star rated properties.
The offer was so lucrative, mind was denying but somewhere from heart we started planning our vacation although it was very hard to believe for us that how they can provide such a top-rated property with so many additional benefits at such a reasonable price for next five years. We quickly make-up our mind and rejected to take membership on the spot.
We asked them to provide us at least a day to think about this all arrangement. After that they started convincing that membership fee you have to pay in 24 months instalment with zero % interest and trying convincing me – like whatsoever you want to confirm you can confirm here, you have internet, you can check my reviews, I will provide you written agreement for all the promise we made and blah blah.
I was with my husband, I was not into position to argue more with them, my mind stopped working and got trapped with these goons and I said yes for taking membership for 5 years. They first swiped money (68000 Rs /-) in a single transaction promising that it will be converted into 24 equally monthly instalment at 0% EMI, this process will be done by then. After they came up with agreement form and started taking sign on every page, when reading few points I noticed that they have mentioned about AMC and transportation fees when I asked them will I have to pay AMC yearly and discounted rate on transportation as per the agreement form then they said no you don’t have to pay anything, please ignore the agreement form, whatever we have committed that will be provided to you.
They offered me 5 years membership of royals club international which cost me 68, 000 (Sixty eight thousand only/-) with below facilities which is all fake. Rs. 68, 000/- only they promised to convert this amount into 24 EMI which is no cost EMI, that means I will not have to pay any interest on top of my total amount. They took my card and made the transaction they asked me for pin and said your amount has converted into EMI and you will receive the message on your mobile by today or tomorrow by the bank.
*Till date amount is not converted into emi, our credit card bill generated on 20th June, 2021 indicating no installment on this amount i.e., 68000 Rs and we have to pay and clear this amount as earliest as possible. At the time of meeting, it was verbally explained that I can cancel the membership and seek refund of the money invested with royals clubs at any points of time if service is not up to the mark as promised.They also confirmed that I will receive confirmation call and welcome mail from the head office which is in sector – 2, noida and if you have any problem or concern till that that you can declined to avail the service and you will get all your money back.
I am totally out of my mind as they have looted my 68, 000 hard earn money, when I am calling their head office to refund my money they are making so many lame excuses.
I am not getting anything but only false commitment and being harassed by these people. We are chasing Mr. Raman thakur (+91 8076334724), Alok Kumar (+91 9311780759) through mail, calls, watsapp. They harassing mentally and not refunding our hard-earned money. I am not the only person who has been trapped by them, there are so many persons who is victim of this company. We have filed FIR from local police station Raipur, CG against Mr Raman Thakur, Alok Kumar, Krishna Das, Anika (employees of Royal club international, a division of Royals Timeshare India Limited, Noida office at B-135, 2nd floor, Sector-2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh- 201301). Although the process is slow, we are filing complaint in consumer complaint forum. Please look into this matter and take immediate action against them.

Same company, same case but amount is 1,25,000/- same commitment. But not received refund.

I had asked for refund the second day of buying the membership still they did not gave back my money saying that the cancellation has to be done within 24 hrs
