Text of Complaint by Hemant Kumar:

Sir,
I am purchasing a new charger form the Flipkart on 20.08.2023. There is a 7 days replacement and refund policy.
But when the charger delivered to on 20.08.2023 charger is not working. So I returned request raised on 20.08.2023 and the Flipkart is cancelled when the pickup date is nearing.
Because 7 day’s remaining I am again submitted a request to Flipkart and there was again failed to pickup. And now 26.08.2023 I am requesting to please pick up the item and refund the amount
