I purchased a Whirlpool 1.5 Ton 3 Star AC from Amazon India. The seller name is Dawntech Electronics Private Limited, registered office at Chowki Gate, Changchari Near Flyover NH31, Changsari, Assam – 781101.
After delivery, during installation, the technician informed me that the indoor unit and outdoor unit supplied are different and incompatible with each other. Due to this mismatch, the AC cannot function properly and needs replacement.
Despite repeated complaints to Amazon customer support, no proper resolution has been provided. Even after one week, my complaint is still under process and no replacement/refund has been initiated.
This has caused mental harassment, delay, and inconvenience.
I request:
Immediate replacement of the complete AC unit OR full refund.
Compensation for installation charges and mental harassment.
Action against the seller for supplying mismatched products.
