I am ordered redme note 6 pro mobile on 23/11/2018 at flipkart.com and they detucted 14999 rs from my bank account for the product cost but they does not provide the product to me.they mail me and text me your ordered is not confirmed but still in process your confirmation will be declared after 24 hours. After that they mail and me your ordered not confirmed still is processing for approval we text you on 27/11/2017. I am waiting and after that they text me and told your order cancelled your money will be refunded with in 8 working days to your bank account so my question is if my ordered is not confirmed then why they detucted the money from my bank account if they detucted they they provide the product to me. Otherwise they give me product cast which is now increases.
