Hi, I am user of Tata sky DTH since last 4 years but i am not satisfied with their service. I always face issue in their services again and again and they ask to make payment regarding technician visit every time. Last time was facing issue in their set top box which i had changed and after 2 days i got issue in VC card and when i called customer care they asked to visit and make payment which i had done and they assured me that issue will not persist again but not i got same issue and called customer care they asked to make payment again for VC card and visit. I have been fed up with their service even i can not avail the services without hassle free.
Please do the need full.
