Hi team,
My name is Nishant, i am using vodafone from last 10 years,
I am writing this complain
The reason behind this is, many time when i feel trouble with vodafone service then i go to your service helpdesk number 198 and the number which is given as for complaint.
Then they mis guide me, and not resolve my issue,
One custom care executive say to try this method when not successful then i contact again to customer care executive then he says to try another method,
Even i tried 4 times but my issue was not resolved
And i m writing this because from last 2 month i am not receiving my Facebook otp on my vodafone number where i am getting same FB Otp on other operator number,
When i tried to register this issue with you custom care executive then he simply again mis guide me and i tried many calls to your custom care but not a single call connect to you custom care executive, at last stage of IVR it was disconnected,
So i am not satisfy with vodafone services
