I have tried to contact customer care but did not get any response from there end. So then i have requested to port my number from vodafone so after that some vodafone executive called to check the reason for porting the number, then i told him the issue ” i am not receiving the OPT banking and non banking messages” , executing “sit i let me check” and just after 2 -3 sec he disconnected the call.
