I ordered (order id 2251157023) a bluetooth speaker from paytm ONDC (viveks, chennai) on 2nd od December 2023. It was cancelled by the seller itself without stating the reason. I have not been refunded the amount since then (Rs. 315), despite multiple efforts.
The custommer support is the worst. I know the amount seems small but it’s my hard earned money.
