I have done a money a money transfer on paytm application through bhim upi present on the same app and the money got deducted from my account but the reciever didnot get the money as of now in this ten days
i am tired of contacting paytm againand again but they re telling me that your refund have been processed from our side but i have not got any refund till now and none of their employees help me out
i even asked my branch for the refund they directly told me that we are not responsible the transaction performed on the paytm app and your account is not having any kind of issues kindly go and ask paytm only for the refund
