Text of Complaint by Shanmuga raman:

I have already using a plan where I’m getting 2 gb data per day for 86 days, in addition I have recharged for 401 wheres I should get 3 gb per days for 28 days ,but when I upto  check my data balance, I’m getting only the 2gb data not the 3 gb for the new recharge plan ,so pls check what’s wrong, why am I not getting my 2 + 3 GB per day ,according to my 2 plans
