Have travelled to jamshedpur from bangalore and all services stopped- data and network. I am uncontactable for past 3 days. Numerous calls to customer care, emails to nodal or appellate and ceo- sunil sood didnt help at all. No response whatsoever from them. Worst and pathetic services from vodafone. I would push everyone to transition out from vodafone to other services and dossuade anyone who asks me for any suggestion. Seriously…vodafone sucks.
