Text of Complaint by Jitendra Badariya:

My order I’d is OD223806004536802000. I have ordered Vivo y20 smartphone but 2 time I have received Vivo y21 smartphone. So now I have applied for the refund. After this flipkart had sent me a message for attaching some of my ID proof and also pics of product within 48 hours. But I am not able to submit the mail of attachments from last 20 to 22 hours. As soon as I click on the submit button, it displays “Sorry we could not process your request. Try again “. At the same time I had tried a lot with the customer care service but they failed to do it. Therefore I request you to please do needful work so that I can get solution to this problem. Thanking you.
