I have ordered medical scrubs on Kenya med website and I have entered wrong embroidery so I tried to edit the order in the website as they have clearly mentioned that we can edit the order within 60 minutes window…..but I was not able to do in the website so I texted through WhatsApp number which was provided by them they asked what exact embroidery do I need to do and then I got the message that I can return or exchange the product if iam not satisfied ….through WhatsApp I didn’t know that ai was replying and then after I got the product I have raised the return request they are not accepting that because it was AI generated message…..
