Text of Complaint by Rashmi joshi:

I have around 2500 balance in my paytm wallet but my KYC has expired as per them and I am not able to do any transaction neither any of their KYC centers are ready to do KYC by visiting their centers.  They are asking for money to update the KYC Or they are simply saying that we will not do the KYC.
