There are several topics for which i have to complaint,

1. The zomato business app manager doesnt coordinate with our restaurant, we r unable to change our menu and its prices from last 2 years…They dont respond despite of our several tickets raised..

2. The riders which come to pick the orders are in hurry. We tell them to wait when the order is being prepared they cancel the orders by their own, saying that the restaurant cannot fulfill the order whereas we had a good conversation with the customer that thier order will take 15 mins extra…in result the zomato app will charge us penalty from our weekly payment
