Text of Complaint by Rifaqat Ali:

Hi Team, please find below the email’s chains and sequence of follow-up with Hindware and Flipkart. Both vendors mentally harassed me(Rifaqat Ali)
1- Product Purchase from Flipkart , found that it was oversize and can’t fit in my Kitchen. This was also reported officially to Hindware Technicians in written.(Reported On Tuesday, March 21, 2023 10:10:50 AM)
2- Flipkart diverting me that Hindware Brand Company responsible and Hindware mentioned in the mail that you purchase it from Flipkart and they are responsible.
3- After So many emails Flipkart agreed to initiate the refund and pickup the product
4- Refer screenshots from flipkart. They initiated and then again rejected. I communicated with them to share the reason If you agree. But they didn’t share any reason. After Multiple follow up , they initiated refund it 20 days back again.
5- Technician visited from Hindware, Product is working but pickup is not arrange yet.
6- Flipkart and Hundware both are not responding m I am sending reminder emails daily.
