I had ordered one dress on 20th December and wrong product was delivered on 28th December. I had raised return request so many times however it is showing as return cancelled. I contacted customer care for 10 times. They have only one solution stating we will raise complaint.The pick up guy comes n they don’t accept the product as it reflects QC failed on their system.They claim it is not their lookout and help centre team says they have only one solution. If I ask them for new solution or refund they cut the call.Now to whom I should contact. I want my refund
