I had ordered Aquaguard UV+UF of Eureka Forbes. I received the order on 3rd May. First we faced challenges with the installation, installation person came on 6th and informed that the UF UF would not work since TDS level is more and suggested me to buy RO instead. Post this on the same day i called customer executive and placed a return order. The return pickup got scheduled for 7th May. However, no one came to pick the product. Post this i had called consumer care 4-5 times, returns gets scheduled but no pick up is done not i m getting my money back. We have raised this issue on twitter also, however again no proper support on this. I want this product to be taken back at the earliest and my return back.
