Text of Complaint by Akshay Modak:

I changed my Internet 4G LTE service plan, for the number 9890468512 around 25th Sep 2018. After which my internet stopped working. I went to Airtel Gallery in Vishrantwadi, Pune. After several visits, my internet was still not working, post which i was asked to change the SIM card. Even after replacement of SIM card(number 9890468512)on 8th Oct 2018, my internet services were not working.

So on 13th of Oct 2018, i asked the gallery person to provide me with a New connection for the internet and CLOSE the previous connection, which was 9890468512 .

I was provided with a new connection and a number for the same is 8484947096 and was assured that the previous connection has been closed.

However, i am still getting bills on my mail for the number which i had asked to be disconnected.

Need help to resolve this issue.
